I started The Honed Edge out of a genuine passion for knives—not just as tools, but as pieces of craftsmanship with stories behind them. Every knife has a history: family meals, holidays, years of daily use, and sometimes even generations of memories. I’ve always appreciated how something so simple can carry so much meaning.

Over time, I realized that sharpening isn’t just about restoring an edge—it’s about bringing a tool back to life and preserving those stories. There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking a worn, dull blade and turning it into something that feels brand new again.
